The Vintage Tele® neck pickup was designed for a smooth open tone with warm lower mids and airy highs. Chords sound full and open. It's warm enough for most types of rhythm playing, but percussive enough for chicken-pickin' as well. When used in combination with the bridge pickup, you'll get that famous hollow Tele® sound. Pair it with a Vintage '54 Tele® bridge pickup for the ultimate true-to-vintage setup. The bobbin is assembled with the period correct color and thickness Forbon, and alnico 5 rod magnets, then lacquered before winding. Made by hand in Santa Barbara, CA.
