Details
The Vintage Staggered Strat® delivers all of the bounce and sparkle of the best 50s Strat® pickups. The treble attack is crisp and immediate, while the low end remains articulate and focused. Chords ring out with clear note-to-note separation. Like all Duncan's vintage-style pickups, the bobbins are assembled with the proper color and thickness of hand-filed Forbon flatwork and alnico 2 magnets. The bobbins are then lacquered, and wound with heavy Formvar mag wire. Use a full set for an authentic vintage vibe, or use in the neck & middle with a Custom Staggered in the bridge for a more rocking setup. Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA.
