Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro Flat Strat®, Middle

The Alnico 2 Pro Flat for Stratocaster® delivers the same sweet, smooth tone that you get from the staggered version, but with flat pole pieces that provide better string balance on modern guitars with larger neck radii. This Middle position pickup is also wound RWRP (reverse-wind, reverse-polarity), for classic quack when used in combination with a neck or bridge pickup. Like all Duncan's vintage-style pickups, the bobbins are assembled with the proper color and thickness of hand-filed Forbon flatwork and alnico 2 magnets. The bobbins are then lacquered, and wound with heavy Formvar mag wire. Pair with Alnico II Pro Flat Strat® pickups in the neck and bridge position for matched setup. Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA.
