Bass Body Contours
Tummy and Forearm contours may be added to most Warmoth bodies that don't come standard with them.
Tummy Contour
A Tummy Contour allows the guitar to sit closer to your body, at a more comfortable angle.
Forearm Contour
The Forearm Contour increases comfort for the picking arm where it contacts the top of the body.
Contoured Heel
The Heel Contour option sculpts the lower horn and reduces the thickness of the heel, which makes playing in the upper frets faster and more comfortable.
- Most of our carved-top bodies come standard with the Heel Contour at no extra charge.
- Not available on Double Neck bodies.
The Heel Contour option is compatible with a standard 4-bolt neck plate, but is not compatible with standard neck screws. Using them will result in damage to the fretboard. For the best results, please use the Contoured Heel Neck Screw Set available in our hardware section.
