Details

The Quarter Pound Jaguar bridge pickup uses a custom overwound coil to give it a fat low end, and adds magnetism with its large diameter poles for a nice balance of articulation and treble response. The result is a high output pickup that sounds a bit like a P90 soapbar pickup, but with the extra artiulation and focus that you would expect from a Jaguar. This pickup will fit into your original claw, but is meant to be mounted without a cover.Pair with our Quarter Pound neck for a great high output setup.We build these with alnico 5 rod magnets, a custom coil wind, custom flatwork, and each pickup is wax potted for squeal free operation. Does not come with cover or claw. Built by hand in Santa Barbara, CA.
