The Lightning Rods PJ set is a pair of active pickups, voiced for vintage-style tone. You get the articulate attack and focused lows of a vintage J Bass® pickup, the puch of a vintage P Bass® pickup, and the higher output level of active pickups. Perfect for the player who loves vintage tone, but needs the consistent, steady signal level of active pickups. They feature the traditional look of exposed poles, and install easily into American J and P Bass®-sized routs. Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA.
