When Fender originally introduced the P Bass® in 1951 it featured a slab body and a single-coil pickup. Warmoth's '51 P Bass® replacement body is a reproduction of this vintage design. However, our body also boasts many custom options never available on the originals, including myriad pickup and bridge routs, exotic woods and lam tops, finishes, binding, and more. It also features the modern, rounded neck pocket, which fits current P and J-style necks.
