Index Hole Fill
The Index Hole Fill option becomes available if a bridge pickup rout is not selected. It allows you to either leave the hole, or fill it with an Abalone or Mother of Pearl dot.
If a bridge pickup rout is not chosen, the index hole will remain visible.
